What data we collect

We collect the data you give us when booking (name, email, phone), subscribing to the newsletter (email) and writing through the contact form.

We don’t collect identifiable browsing data or buy third-party databases.

How we use it

We use your data exclusively to manage your reservation, answer your queries and — only if you subscribed — send you restaurant news.

We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long we keep it

Reservation data is kept for 12 months for operational reasons. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hola@restixdemo.uy. We reply within 10 business days, in line with Uruguay’s Personal Data Protection Law 18.331.
